Civil and Structural Engineering
GDC Partnership has been appointed to deliver the civil and structural design for this new development of 60 units comprising 42 houses and 18 flats split across three blocks of six units each. The houses and apartment blocks will be built using traditional construction and therefore our scope will include the full structural design of the houses and flats as well as all civil aspects of the project. Furthermore there is a river running to the south west of the site and part of our scope will include the design of a new pedestrian footbridge to improve access.
