This project consisted of the redevelopment of an existing four storey plus basement office building to provide a refurbished five storey plus basement building. The building was extended to the rear from ground to third floors with a new additional floor being provided at fourth floor level. Internal remodelling was carried out including a new entrance lobby being provided to ensure the potential of the building was maximised and fully modernised. In line with the modernisation the façade of the building was also given a new makeover.
