This is a RIBA London award winning project and is a five storey office building consisting of a braced steel frame supporting Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) floors with CLT walls around the core providing additional stability. The building is supported on piled foundations. The building also sits over a safeguarded area for Crossrail 2 and was designed to suit the requirements of Crossrail 2.
