This project has recently been awarded Best Architectural and Best Residential Property in Surrey as well as Best Residential Property in the whole of the UK. It consisted of the structural design of a new detached luxurious five bedroom property together with the associated drainage design and an outdoor swimming pool to the rear. The design was a traditional construction with the ground floor being beam and block with the upper floors being precast planks and load bearing masonry with a timber trussed roof design.
