This project consisted of the construction of two luxury five bedroomed properties, each circa 5,000 sq ft, on the site of a demolished house. The existing site was sloping down from back to front by circa 8m and sloping up from left to right by circa 5m. The south house is three storeys high whilst the north house is four storeys high. Both houses were built into the existing slope at their rear. The top floor is built within the roof space on both properties.
